Responsible for analysis, data mapping, cleanup, and data convergense of erroneous or duplicate contact and site date in globally implemented financial database. Wrote ad-hoc reports and training materials to suppoort project and developed shell scipts to help organize and structure data to help improve efficiency of team members. Provided frontline technical support on Data Cleanup Tool.

Global Resolution Center Infrastructure Support Team, Broomfield, CO (2000-2001)
Represented Resolution Center in tools development business requirements collection and engaged development team resources through SDRA (Solution Deployment and Release Architecture) process in order to improve efficiency, productivity and quality of the Help Desk. Led and participated in projects. Managed and co-developed RC-specific reports and metrics.
Created a reporting “snapshot” which provided a one-stop shopping summary of critical reports required by operational and senior management to run RC business.
Successfully managed the transition of an in-house prototype resource scheduling tool to development organization. This included establishing the RFE (Request for Enhancement) process and release schedule, authoring FAQ documentation, and ensuring that necessary technical documentation was in place.
Technical Specialist III (Program Manager), Resolution Center, Broomfield, CO (1998-2000)
Managed development of RC’s service level database. Managed and co-developed RC’s internal metrics. Provided oncall and backline support; authored training materials for RC toolset. Hired contracting staff to support financial applications. Trained frontline managers in RC operations.
Managed the development of a Change Control form which was used for sharing critical outage information amongst support organizations. As a member of Global Change Notice (GCN) team, was responsivle for transition of the prototype Change Control form to GCN. This resulted in one-stop shopping for both proactive and reactive outages.
Managed development of SPDB (Service Profile Database module of Globall OnCall project), then supervised the conversion of ASCII/HTML FAQ Oncall program to SPDB. Configured the first sercice level agreements. Trained first business process team members to handle service level agreements, laying the groundwork for transition of administration to the business process team.
Originated the concept, then supervised the development of a technician contact profile form in SPDB which provided a centralized data source for public/confidential information of technicians. The tool drew data out of several other databases, including company nameslist, system registration tool and company organization tool.
Supervised development of enhancements and bug-fixes incorporated into SPDB and SunPlanIT (resource scheduling tool) over several releases. This resulted in improvements in functionality, user interface, and reporting and documentation, and led to wider acceptance by and increased efficiency for the user community.
