Web Development vs Web Design

The two expressions may confuse some audiences. The basic difference is that designers create the look and feel of the website whereas developers create the framework which may include administrative panel that is used to support the contents, the text and images. Designers focus on the aesthetics and a good user experience and developers focus on the framework to make the user experience work. A simple analogy is the automobile where and luxurious inside is the responsibility of designers and the engine and under-framework is owned the mechanics, the developers.
